If you are unfamiliar with Native American recording artist Brule’ and his band, American Indian Rock Opera, allow me to introduce you to the Native American Music Awards award winning band. This song is titled “Star People”.

Awesome! My family history includes Micmac and Inuit as well as European bloodlines. I love seeing the blend of aboriginal and western music. And that flautist?! She is amazing!

Daisy, I wouldn’t call him rock but if you like good flute music check out R. Carlos Nakai sometime.
Next to Pink Floyd he’s my favorite night time camping music for sitting by the fire or star gazing.
For rock flautists nobody beats Ian Anderson for me.

I saw Brule live once, and they are very entertaining! It was a great concert.
