Feel Good Friday – Snow Day January 20, 2009

by admin on January 28, 2011

Some of you wanted to see my mini ponies so here they are. The larger pony, Philly, has been placed in a new home since this video was filmed and the video includes our two dogs, Ginger (hmm, which one could she be?) and Scrootchie aka Skoshi aka Babe Dog aka Love Dog, the unofficial mascot of Ehell.

This is a lovely winter scene. Are your ponies raised to be service animals?

Not at this point, they are not. Phoebe is still young and needs to be sent off to a trainer for further finetuning. Jasmin needs to be taught how to jump up into my van before I can take her anywhere.

You must not live in California. ;-)

What is it about animals frolicking in the snow that’s so cute? Adorable–my heart is warmed.

I love watching animals play in the snow. My two dogs are getting old now, so they don’t tend to run and romp anymore. I kinda miss it.

Mini horses are one of my favorite animals! I love horses in general, but the mini ones are sooo cute! And watching your dogs run around in the snow was adorable, it reminds me of my brothers dogs in winter. They LOVE the snow!

That is the perfect song for that video, and I love that boogying snowman. Great video.

What kinds of dogs are those, Admin?

Ginger is a chow mix mutt and Skoshi is a Yorkshire Terror.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. They’re all cute, but Skoshi is adorable running in the snow with his short little legs :) My daughter would loooooooove those miniature ponies, she is horse mad and often asks why we can’t have a pony in the back yard. Thanks for sharing.

In my head I hear them all saying, “WAAAAHAHAHAHA!!! SNOW!!!!” Especially Skoshi; oh my Lord, how cute! They’re all so sweet; thank you for sharing!

Oh, that little dancing snowman: how does he work, and where can I get one?

The dancing snowman is a wind up toy and on his chest it says, “Noggin Bops TM”. http://www.tintoyarcade.com/categories/Z-Wind-Ups-Collection/Z-Noggin-Bops-Robots/

What a wonderfully cheerful song for a gloomy winter day, eh? I also liked the way the animals didn’t seem to care that it was all cloudy and snowy and gross outside–they were happy anyway. :)

Adorable video! Do you know what kind of dog Ginger is? My neighbours have a dog who looks almost identical and a similar size, and they got him from the SPCA so they have no idea what breed(s) he is.

I love the way the little dog (Skoshi) was running and running and running and then came up to a shoveled sidewalk and jumped right across it without letting its feet touch down on that non-snow-covered surface. So darned cute!!!!

I don’t usually watch the Feel Good Friday videos–I guess I prefer the tales of horror and E-hell doom–but that was adorable. I didn’t know I needed that this morning, but I totally did. Thanks for sharing!

Awww…happy horses and puppies! I love it! Snow is too deep here this winter for my dog to go out and frolic in it.
