102 Rebecca July 15, 2011 at 1:03 pm

Feel Good Fridays are one of the highlights of my internet week.

This one was amazing done and well edited.

103 Alli July 15, 2011 at 1:05 pm

That is so neat! Thanks for sharing!

104 Liz July 15, 2011 at 1:12 pm

Just wanted to add. Watch the bloopers/commentary at the end, they’re really funny!

105 Jennifer I. July 15, 2011 at 1:14 pm

Feel Good Friday posts are always a great way to kick off the weekend. Thank you for the effort you put into finding new things to share each week.

106 Genevieve July 15, 2011 at 1:21 pm

I come and see the feel good friday posts, I just don’t normally post on them. I am a lurker ;) .

107 livvy July 15, 2011 at 1:45 pm

I love this, but my favorite so far was the little kids and their guitars!

108 Jeni July 15, 2011 at 1:46 pm

Love love love this. It’s so great to see that beauty and grace still exist in our instant gratification world.

109 Midnight Kitty July 15, 2011 at 1:49 pm

I LOVE Feel Good Fridays! I had to go back & watch it over a couple times as I read the comments to catch that yes, it’s the same guy, and WOW! How can he toss the bow & catch the bow? Neat editing trick. I like to Bow Cam, too.

110 Crysta July 15, 2011 at 1:53 pm

I love the cello, such a deep throaty sound!

111 Serenity S. July 15, 2011 at 1:53 pm

It won’t load for me so I am going to watch it on YouTube. But I like the feel good Friday posts. My favorites so far were the cat playing with dolphins, and the music player with squares that light up. Thanks Admin. Have a good weekend.

112 Dark Magdalena July 15, 2011 at 2:03 pm

That was absolutely beautiful. I love how he was playing each cello in a different way! The talent!

113 SilverOrb July 15, 2011 at 2:07 pm

How beautiful! Listened to it before I drifted off to sleep :)

114 JediKaiti July 15, 2011 at 2:23 pm

Awesome!

115 Lisa B. July 15, 2011 at 2:35 pm

What a great way to end my week at work. Simply beautiful.

116 Ista July 15, 2011 at 2:46 pm

That’s some awesome playing/editing!! I love seeing/hearing true talent.

117 Etta Kett July 15, 2011 at 2:46 pm

Very cool, thanks!

118 Andrea B. July 15, 2011 at 3:11 pm

This is lovely! :)

119 Danielle July 15, 2011 at 3:17 pm

That was beautiful. Thank you for posting that.

120 Sarah Bright July 15, 2011 at 3:41 pm

That was fantastic, thank you!

121 Ali July 15, 2011 at 4:01 pm

So beautiful! Thank you for sharing and making our Fridays a little brighter.

122 Julie July 15, 2011 at 4:16 pm

The cello is my favorite instrument! I wish I could play it but I have no musical talent at all.

123 Jessyy July 15, 2011 at 4:19 pm

This is a great way to finish my day with.

I am not one normally for classical music, but I really liked this.

124 Snowy July 15, 2011 at 4:24 pm

Hey, I’m here every Friday. :) I think you’re just more likely to get people talking about things that have some controversy to them, rather than things they think are cool.

And I love this piece; I hadn’t seen this video before. This piece can be very dark or fairly light, but it’s the first time I’ve seen it turned into something downright happy. Thank you.

Let me also recommend Giovanni Sollima’s “Terra Aria” as well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Z7Eid_SVCc

125 RoniBecca July 15, 2011 at 4:25 pm

What??? Less traffic on Fridays? I love this site and read every post, but my husband likes me to wait and watch the FGFs when he’s around because he enjoys them so much. I would have thought they were the favourites of the week!

126 kingshearte July 15, 2011 at 4:28 pm

Mmmmm, cellos….

I must admit though, that I can’t help but hear the voice of one of my music teachers declaring vehemently that “if there are no vocals, it’s not a SONG!”

127 Holly R July 15, 2011 at 4:47 pm

To be honest, I usually get cranky when I see a “Feel Good Friday” post. I come here to read etiquette issues, not happy stuff I can find on other sites. That said, this was really cool.

128 Kat July 15, 2011 at 4:59 pm

Very pretty sounding! I like how they’re all rocking out. : )

129 Rachael Randolph July 15, 2011 at 5:18 pm

I like feel good Fridays. they make me feel like we can make it.

130 Dina July 15, 2011 at 6:12 pm

I used to play the cello. Now I’m wondering why I ever stopped.
Thank you so much for sharing this :)

131 Rachel July 15, 2011 at 6:16 pm

I visit the site almost every day, but I rarely comment. I did enjoy today’s Feel Good Friday. I love string instruments. I’ve always been jealous that my sister plays the violin so well. Unfortunately, my talents lie in another direction.

132 MERUNCC13 July 15, 2011 at 6:18 pm

I really liked the technique that one of the players used (piccaco – plucking the strings instead of using the bow), I never knew that you could do that. This was a real good Feed Good Friday piece.

133 bharris July 15, 2011 at 6:36 pm

Whoah! How’d he do that?! That makes me want to learn the cello!

134 coralreef July 15, 2011 at 6:45 pm

So may sounds and feelings from the same instruments! Thank you, it’s a nice way to end the week.

135 Snowy July 15, 2011 at 6:55 pm

@Holly I’ve come in here on a Friday thinking it was Thursday and been let down, but the Feel Good Friday I found made up for it. (I wouldn’t mind having both on Fridays; I love this site so much.)

136 Deb July 15, 2011 at 7:07 pm

Breathtaking. Had to share…it was awesome!

137 Bethany July 15, 2011 at 8:05 pm

I love the feel good Fridays. You’ve had some great flash mobs!

138 Sarah July 15, 2011 at 8:43 pm

I love your feel good Fridays. I loved the piano stairs one, and the flash mob, the muppets… my young daughter enjoys it when I share them with her

139 Angie July 15, 2011 at 8:47 pm

I don’t always have time to watch the Friday videos, but have enjoyed the ones I’ve seen. Hope the comment count goes up with the contest!

140 mbbored July 15, 2011 at 8:52 pm

Thanks for the beautiful music at the end of a very stressful week.

141 Kali Ravel July 15, 2011 at 9:02 pm

My favourite Feel Good Friday post was either the muppets or the SLS videos. Anything with Bohemian Rhapsody in it, really.;p

142 Amanda July 15, 2011 at 9:50 pm

I literally had to remind myself to breathe while listening to this – so very beautiful!

143 DocCAC July 15, 2011 at 10:02 pm

I am one of the lurkers. I only occasionally post, but this was beautiful. Made me enjoy Bach (which I must admit I usually don’t do). My very favorite “Feel Good Friday” is the dolphins and the cat (which is now private :-/).

144 Lynda July 15, 2011 at 10:11 pm

I *love* Feel-Good Fridays! It’s just the lift I need at the end of another long week, thanks for doing this.

145 Phyllis July 15, 2011 at 10:40 pm

While the music was fantastic, I actually loved the “bloopers” best!

146 Rani July 15, 2011 at 10:41 pm

I’m always here lurking. ;)

147 Jen Wise July 15, 2011 at 11:22 pm

This is lovely, and I’m so glad to see a video that’s all about the music! Flash mobs are fun, but I don’t enjoy the vids as much when it’s a really good piece of music, because then I just wish it were more like this video.

148 Cate July 15, 2011 at 11:25 pm

I’ve been lurking for years O:)

149 Ginnie July 15, 2011 at 11:31 pm

Just found you while checking the spelling of etiquette. I’ll have to come back and spend more time.

150 joye July 15, 2011 at 11:39 pm

Like many, I usually just lurk. I had to watch with the sound way down as my baby is asleep for the night, but it looks beautiful! When I was 10 days overdue with my baby, I went through and watched all the feel good Friday posts to keep myself distracted, so I definitely appreciate them.
