This video (and story0 was featured on The Today Show this morning. A filmmaker stumbled upon this young man at his dad’s auto body shop and had to document it. He made this clip and posted it. Apparently, Caine has raised over $100,000 for his college fund through people playing games at his arcade – his creativity and singular dedication is amazing!

My brother and I started to build a carnival in our backyard when we were about 7 and 9. The problem that put the stop to it was not being discouraged by the massive work load of building the amusement park or thinking we had any lack of skills…No, it was trying to save candy to be sold in the kiosk. We ate it all…and we just couldn’t have a carnival without candy…

This boy is not only adorable, but also very ambitious, dedicated and creative. I would wish the best of luck to him, but I don’t think he’ll need it. He makes his own luck!

Wonderful story. It’s great to see a community encourage and support a child.

There are times when I wonder about the future of humanity, and there there are times when I know everything will be ok.
If the world has more Caines in it, I think we’ll be ok!
What a sweet and clever young man. I wish him the best in all his future endeavors!

I loved this video, one of my friends posted it on Facebook. It just about makes you cry to see how optimistic and hopeful Caine is, and how his dad is supporting him. Love it!

What a great story of people working together to make a boy’s dream come to life! I love the comment Caine said about liking hot wheels “when he was little”….
Thank you for brightening my day

I love the part where the film maker talks about buying the fun pass for $2 like it’s the greatest deal in the world. This video made me smile.

What a great story! It’s wonderful to see the passion this young man has. There is no telling what he will do in the future.

The future belongs to kids like Caine. Well done! And another “well done” to his dad and his first customer for encouraging a child’s imagination and creativity.

Oh, I am so glad to see this here. Heard about it on the news this week and went looking on line. This little boy gives me hope for the future and a huge smile for now. His imagination alone could fuel a whole city. And, as one of the websites says “Imagine what this kid could do with an engineering degree and some real materials.” Caine, you rock!

What a clever and creative young man! I love his system to verify that the fun pass was legitimate. Great story!

Thank you so much for posting this! Mark my words, we will be working for Caine in the years to come. I can see him with a combined degree in business and engineering.

Kudos to him and to Nirvan, who made it happen.

    Feel Good Friday indeed!

Dear Caine: You rock. Welcome to the world of game lovers. You are what makes our day. Your arcade is epic, and so are you. Keep doing what you do my friend.
