With a little help, such as this book, I MAY actually invite people over. It always seems like such a minefield.

What a fabulous book. For someone who moves constantly like myself where local customs change constantly, it would be great to have a written manual for foolproof entertaining.

I really would love this book. We don’t entertain much as my husband has a metabolic condition which doesn’t allow him to eat protein and people don’t ask us out because of this condition.
I think this book would probably put to rest the fact that his diet is not an imposition to them, but to show my versatility in preparing for different dietary needs.
