Blend all this in a food processor:
8 oz Cream Cheese
4 oz grated cheddar cheese
4 oz blue cheese
1/8 cup or so of milk
a couple dashes of worcestershire sauce
You can chill this and roll it into a ball and cover with chopped pecans, almonds, or parsley, but I usually can’t wait that long to start eating it.
