Based on my experience, I see a red flag when a guy completely ditches his own friends and wants to be present at all his girlfriend’s activities, even when it’s obvious he’s not enjoying himself.  This can be a sign that the guy is clingy and controlling.  His presence at the girly outings can cause enough discomfort that the girlfriend eventually stops seeing her friends.  Alienating an SO from friends is not healthy behavior.

It’s also not healthy when a guy wants to live your life and completely excludes you from his. 

I’m not saying this is the case here (hope it’s not), but it’s something to be aware of.
