Man at the hair and nail salon
« on: October 27, 2011, 10:34:29 AM »
Thank you so much for helping me this morning.  It snowed last night and still below freezing this morning.  I was riding my bike to school and half way there, my brakes locked up and my back tire would not move.  I was standing in the street trying to decide whether it would be more work to carry the bike home or all the way to school (I would have been late for class either way).  You came out and asked me what happened.  When I explained, you had me bring my bike inside and thawed my bike brakes with a hairdryer!   :D

I just had my hair cut a few days ago, but such an act of kindness deserves reward, and I will tell everyone I know to have their hair and nails done by you, a guy at the salon who helped a freezing, panicked college girl.  Thank you!

That is awesome!  Also very clever, I'm not sure I would have thought of thawing the frozen brakes with a hair dryer.
