Quick BG: My office is way understaffed, and overtime is always available, but never required. I usually work about 4-5 hours of overtime a week. Recently, I've cut back on my overtime because DH and I just bought our first house (

) and so have been busy unpacking, painting, doing yardwork, etc.
This conversation took place yesterday:
PIC (person in charge, but not a supervisor in any way)
PIC: So MrsCP, are you coming in to work tomorrow? I need to know who all can make it in.
MCP: I'm afraid that won't be possible, I have plans.
PIC: Well what are you doing?
MCP: DH and I are doing some yardwork since it's so nice out.
PIC: Oh, come on, you slacker! Work tomorrow! You can do both!
MCP: That's an interesting assumption.
At which point I conveniently needed to go to the fax machine on the other side of the room to "check something".
So glad Ehell has taught me this phrase.
