Coming from a different tradition, there are foods associated with Jewish backgrounds that I don't like, including matzo brie and felafel.
For Thanksgiving, maybe ham (because I do keep kosher and pork is not), but that's it. I love the rest of the menu-turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, pumpkin or other pie. Yum. (My parents also serve this menu on Rosh Hashanah-as alternatives, they might serve pot roast or stuffed cabbage. It's taken me some time to appreciate a good pot roast, but at this point in my life I enjoy it.)
