Odd issue with forum & site being down

Since about 1:30 pm this afternoon or so (CST), I've been unable to get onto the site.  It was back up and running for me within the last 10 minutes or so (it is now 4:05 PM CST).

One thing that was odd, however, was that I could access it from my iPod; just not my work desktop PC.

I don't know if it's any help to those in charge of that sort of thing, but an FYI nonetheless.  I'm using Fire-fox at work and use Safari on my iPod.

Edited because Fire-fox/Fire*fox was changed to Flamingvixen?  Please forgive my ignorance if that's common.

It's been playing up on safari all day - usually saying server can't be found but working on my chrome just fine. At the moment safari is working too, but it's frustrating.

For me, it did not work on IE, Safari or Chrome (laptop).  Just adding other clues in case needed.

This happens to me quite frequently too, and during the same time period you mentioned.  I tried Flamingvixen and Chrome and could get ehell to load in neither.

This happens to me almost every week day morning at about 8:45 - 8:50 am.  My work day starts at 9 am, so I like to catch up on any updates before I have to get down to work.

I can get into other sites at that time, but not this one.

This happens to me all the time, this is the first time in almost a week I have been able to access any of the site (main page, hell's bells etc.) I use chrome but trying other browser doesn't work neither does other computers, my phone or sometimes another networks. I this has been going on or at least six months, were ever few days or so the sister comes up a unavailable but it has  been happening more frequently since last month, and I have tried everything to get the site to work. I have no problems with other sites just this one.
