I just want to thank you for including the "classic" section. 

I had not read the "HOA" series until tonight.  I laughed until my cheeks hurt and my children wondered if mom had finally gone over the edge.   

It was just the stress buster I needed.  Thank you.

At some point those HOA stories stopped being at all amusing to me.  I was seriously worried about people's safety.  I could hardly bear to read them any more.  Still, I wonder what's happened...

I found the one about the smashed lights on the porch disturbing, but I don't know how far those two nutjobs would have gone. It sounded to me like cskirpan had good documentation in case they did push the envelope...
