Peel dried figs?
« on: December 19, 2011, 11:52:04 AM »
DH has requested figgy pudding.  The recipe doesn't say to peel the dried figs - just chop them, and no one I know has even used them.

Anyone have any idea if I peel them?

No need to peel them. In fact, I can't imagine the sticky mess if you tried.
