Ooorrr... she could just be like me. I get SO excited when I find the *perfect* gift. Especially if it's for someone I hadn't necessarily been shopping for. I just can't help but crow about it a little, lol.

I agree that a batch of homemade cookies and a nice card are what's called for.  Enough to show that you care, but not for presents. ::)
