Back button on iPhone
« on: January 06, 2012, 04:55:39 PM »
Hello

Have had a quick search for this and not found anything.

If I'm reading on my iPhone and press the back button it will take me back a few days e.g. I'll go back to a sub-forum and the topics will be in the order they were a few days previously and if I hit the "new" button it will take me back to posts I've already read (sometimes several pages back). I do read the forum on a couple of PCs as well as the phone, but haven't noticed whether it's a syncing issue between these and the phone or just the phone if you kwim.

Has anyone had anything similar?

I believe it's the cache on your iphone. I have the same issue, I just refresh and all is well again. Clearing the cache regularly does help too.
Maybe he's caught in the legend
maybe he's caught in the mood
Maybe these maps and legends
Have been misunderstood

The map that you painted didn't seem real
He just sings whatever he's seen
Point to the legend, point to the east
Point to the yellow, red, and green

I've been having the same problem.

Perfect Circle, how does one clear out the cache on an iPhone?

Under general > safari > clear Cookies and data. You may also want to at times clear your history. It makes the browser run much faster.

They no longer call it cache I just noticed but it's the same thing.

Another option is just to refresh your page and it should be fine.
