My mother is staying with me while she is ill and of course brought along her dog.  Poor dog got an ear infection and had to go to the vet.  This is where we take our cat, so they know us there.

Before you know it, I'm applying the ear drops and managed to spill the entire brand new bottle.   I called the vet and asked for a refill.   I went to pick it up and the receipt said it was $54, (no charge per Dr. M)

She refilled it for free.
