How much is petrol/gas where you are?

West Yorkshire, UK here- current fuel price for me is 145.9p/litre of diesel. I think that equates to 552p/ US gallon which is ~$8.67/ US gallon?

I commute 13.5 miles each way to work which is 54 miles per week for work, not including other household fuel usage. I feel quite lucky to have such a short commute- while fuel is definitely expensive, a tank lasts me 3-4 weeks usually and costs ~£70 to fill depending how empty I leave it, which is a manageable amount. It usually takes about 30-40 mins, depending on traffic.

Boise, Idaho here. Gasoline is running about $3.73 - $3.93 a gallon at a local station I use, depending on the grade.  I think diesel was about $4.05 the last time we filled the truck.

Gas is around R$2.70 per liter, which works out to $5.11/gallon. Because of political pressures, gas prices are behind oil prices so it should actually be higher.

The station M gets gas from on the way home from work is down to $3.22... but I've seen as low as $3.19 in that area.

I saw gas for less than $1.20/L on the way home tonight.  How sad that I was kind of excited.

Gas prices are falling quite rapidly here.  In some places, it's expected to fall below 3USD per gallon.

This is very welcome because fuel prices usually rise during the summer vacation season and it was predicted that gas would cost more than 5USD per gallon by the end of the season.

On topic: I'm in Central NJ. Gas is about $3.50/gallon. And we don't have to pump our own gas; it's done for us!

I was watching a movie from the 80s the other day. In one scene you can see a gas station sign with the prices: $1.19/gallon. Sigh.
