I'm a little weirded out that someone who wasn't in the relationship is not just remembering the anniversary date years later but is reminding someone else about it. She must think you want to celebrate the ending of the old relationship, which is a little sad that she imagines you want to live that way, considering you've clearly stated that you're in a very happy relationship now.... a relationship that it seems you would rather not bog down with memories of an old one.
