Someone told me once that the concept of eating sushi rolls with chopsticks as actually a Western idea. Apparently most Japanese people eat them with their hands. Please correct me if I'm wrong!
I see chopsticks more often than fingers here, but I don't think either way is more correct.
The only totally true way to eat sushi in a proper Japanese restaurant.
Warning - it hurts when wasabi comes out your nose.
Ahaha, that video. A guy in one of my classes my freshman year of college sent me that video when he found out I was planning a summer trip to Japan, and got so offended that I laughed at it. How dare I mock the Japanese way of life?
