I wish that I had known about EHell several years ago when I had a job that required a once a month all-nighter for system cleanups, upgrades, reboots, etc. I spent ssssoooo much time resting on my gluteous maximus (SP?) waiting for someone else to finish their work so that I could do stuff that required my being the only user on that part of the network! And don't get me started on the three times I lived in the computer room for an entire weekend! EHell would have kept me awake and busy!

Argh.  My body freaked out and I ended up taking a nap this morning!  That means that at 1:30 in the morning, I'm going nuts and bored out of my skull.  My husband is away.  Both the dog and daughter are asleep...

Well, here I am, 2:41 in the morning....the flu has me wide awake and icky, I've been choking to death all day and have barely been out of bed. Now I'm wide awake....*sigh*....

Hehe, it's almost 1 a.m. and I need to get to bed since I need to get up at 7:30 for church tomorrow. I keep telling myself "one more song"(I'm listening to my new Josh Groban album). Oh, and I was working on another Godzilla fanfic, too :p Writing a modern retelling of Beauty and the Beast with Godzilla as the Beast and a recurring character in the 90's movies as Beauty. I call this version of him my BeastGoji(Goji = short for Gojira, which is Godzilla's name in Japanese :p ).

Yup, a Godzilla that actually talks(and sings) like a person. Did I mention his singing voice would be done by Josh Groban if this ever became a movie?

Insomniacs unite!

Tonight is even worse because i had to take an allergy pill at about 12:30 so now i am wired beyond belief.

I am somewhat comforted by the fact that Mr. HGish is still up playing XBox ... and i rationalize that the time i spend on e-hell at 0:dark30 will take away from the time i spend checking it while i am at work.

There was a poster with the sig saying it is always 3 am to an insomniac. I think i live that quote.

--modified to add: I think a late night chat-room would be wonderful. Since we have global membership the time would be off some, though. Is there a chatter on this forum? I didn't think the one on the old forum didn't get used much.
