RE: Dresser Queen, I came up with 3.  She "stalked" NOVA Lady by tracking her comings and goings, filled the garage with about 15 dressers, and then let her family park in all of the other tenants' spots and then didn't ask them to move them and got upset that NOVA Lady was going to call the towing company.  I can't find a fourth so I won't ask another question. :-[
