I know this is a dumb question,  but does "knobs and bollocks" mean what I think it does? As in, twig and berries?

This reminds me of my friend's experience at the salon, when she was getting something waxed. She was waiting, and apparently a gentleman called in, wanting to know if they did brazilian waxes on men. he was told that due to the need for the skin to be pulled taut, no, it wouldn't work well for men, therefore, they don't do them.
