I just looked up speculoos cookie butter - i had never heard of that before, either. I'm gong to have to try that. There is a Trader Joe's sort of nearish, i think.
There's definitely one in the Cliffside Park area(just down a ways from the Mitsuwa), but I don't know how close that is for you.

Ok I found a jar (last one on the shelf!) -  yummy, easier to spread than PB, and less calories.  I'm sold.

Picked up some myself, very yummy. Want to use it as a swirl in homemade ice cream.

You are indeed!  I'm actually thinking that jars of it would make good Christmas presents since they would be sort of a novelty for people around here!

i have tried it and: even with a cold and dimmed taste buds, this is delicious.... any other suggestions on what to eat it with, other than crackers?

Honestly, i sit at my desk with a jar of Biscoff Spread and a jar of peanut butter and eat them both with a set of those cheap still stuck together chopsticks that Chinese restaurants give out. Classy, i am.  :P
