S/O mashed potatos - Mashers?

We like lumps in our potatoes too.  However, there are nice lumps and nasty lumps. 

Nice lumps are bits of cooked potato.  With a bit of skin, that shows that the potatoes were prepared by a human with a hand masher. 

Nasty lumps are bits of instant potato that didn't quite get properly mixed.  Yech!
