New forum background?

From reading one topic to another my layout and colors changed.  Anything else new for this forum? (As in.. ignore function or new smilies?)

Have to admit I'm not thrilled with the change.  I like the easily ignored background better since I want to focus on the words, not the site design.

Wow. The change was a complete and total surprise.

Not liking it at all.

Bold bright colors tend to make the actual words invisible and extremely difficult to read.


Is there any way to change the glaring background colors?

I must agree that the new background colors are a bit disturbing.  I much prefer the old color scheme.

I'm not sure what I think, to be honest.  It's attractive enough, but it was a bit of a surprise.

I'm afraid, eHell Dame, that I agree with the others. The new coloration and format is harder on my eyes. Is there an option in my account to change it?

I can hardly read the new settings. The letters are turning into abstract 3 d objects and flying off the page.

Well, that was a shock to the system.

I think I prefer coffee to a complete redo of the website.

I'm going to assume technical issues forced such a sudden change unless I see different information being released by Ehell Dame or the moderators (another website did that for four days last week when their servers went down). 

It does look like a suitable fall color scheme...

I just noticed that the links along the top for Hell's Bells and the main site are missing. They still exist if you go directly to their pages (and they are in the same format they were this morning), but no more links from here to there.

New change . . . grey background as opposed to the bright orange.

This is better than it was a while ago.


Oranges/reds are difficult to read, especially with darker oranges/reds on top of it.

Black on top of a dark orange? the type is almost invisible.

I agree, I miss the old setup. Hopefully this is just a glitch that'll be fixed soon.
