How to politely say "Why would I do that??"

My workplace has added two gender-neutral restrooms because we have a trans-gender employee who is in transition and will be for a few years.  It takes away the which restroom to use problem.  Side benefit, and our employees in wheel chairs use them quite often as they are a large single user bathroom and it makes it easier for them.  I would guess that this is not an accomodation that a lot of employers would make.  I would also think that not hacing finished a college degree would limit the job market.  The best thing you can do is continue to tell your friend that you know of no suitable opennings but that you will pass on information about any you hear of.

Thanks, y'all - this is a tough one for me, as I was really fond of the person when we were in college, and they are one of the few people I felt like was a legitimate friend back then, so even though we're not close I certainly don't want to end the relationship - I just don't want to be responsible for their job prospects!
