I'm in again this year (even though I didn't seem to find this thread till late, heh). I'm PearKiwi at the site, feel free to friend me if we aren't already.
This year, I'm just going to do a generic fantasy type novel. A princess is forced by her evil step mother to recover a long lost artifact, or die. She (along with her guard, who is working for the queen,) travel the land and other kingdoms along the way gaining a random group of ragtag adventurers who have their own reasons for joining her quest.
...I'm afraid I've spent more time working on the map of the land then working on the outline, heh. (The tutorial I'm using are at cartographersguild.com, in case anyone wants to try their hand at procrastinating.
