I had to do this a few weeks ago. It's always a hoot.

I can pull off my thumb very convincingly.  Only seen one other do it as well as I.

My BIL does it pretty well too.

DH can hide a hankie quite convincingly.

does tying a cherry stem in a knot  with ones teeth and tongue count?

Yep, if you can do it in front of an audience, it counts.
