I had to do this a few weeks ago. It's always a hoot.

I can pull off my thumb very convincingly.  Only seen one other do it as well as I.

DH can hide a hankie quite convincingly.

Yep, if you can do it in front of an audience, it counts.

Whilst not very exciting for an audience, I can mix paint so that it matches an existing colour.

I can hula hoop so fast that I keep the hoop up while turning my body in the opposite direction.

My elbows are double jointed, so I can stick my arms out and make them look like they're broken.

I can move my eyes in two different directions at once. My dad taught me that.

I thought it was just a cool trick that everyone could learn, but no one else in my family can do it.

One trick I have is "cracking" my nose very hard that it sounds like I am breaking it. (It's a covert sound effect!)

On a genteel level, I know some origami.

I would sing "Eency Weency Spider" with appropriate hand gestures.

I'm planning on memorizing the Eloise Wilkins' David L. Harrison poem, "The Boy And His Drum" so that I can recite it to my grandchildren at the drop of a hat.

Depending on the audience, I can:

Slice a banana in half without removing the skin.

Recite the prologue of the Canterbury Tales in the original Middle English.

Teach small children (and any curious adults) an arm-bending, pretzel-type maneuver that tests your flexibility and will keep kids occupied for at least 10 minutes.

Depends on the company either
(a) sing a bluesy jazzey number a capella;
(b) dance a (bad) hula; or
(c) drink a pint (schooner) of beer/spirit&mix without using my hands.

Not my trick, but one that happened just this morning.
DH, DD (3 yrs), and I got on an elevator at our hotel.  As we were trying to keep DD from pressing the buttons to other floors, an old gentleman got her attention.  He had her watch as he stuffed a piece of red tissue paper into his closed fist, tamped it down so it disappeared, then had her hold her hand out under his fist.  When he opened his hand, two tiny paper hearts dropped into her hand and no tissue paper was to be seen!

I think DH and I were more impressed by the trick but she was really happy just to have two new "treasures.". A very sweet way to quickly entertain a child.

If I have an accomplice and 9 cards/napkins/pieces of paper, and a yardstick or cane, then I can be a mind reader and guess the correct card/napkin/paper, each time.
