You're not alone in that.  I'm also highly ticklish though, so that might have something to do with it.

So, there's a drink, a name that would not get by the forum language software thing, where it's shot of butterscotch schnapps and as much whipped cream as you can put on top of it without it falling over.  I can drink that without using my hands.  I impressed a group of upperclassman as a freshman with that trick during a Round the World party.  I then asked for another as it was that good. 

I can also carry a lot of things with my chin and mouth, mostly cups.

Can you explain the finger tapping one, please?  I can tap my ring finger even if I press down on my middle finger with my other hand...

Hold your hand down to a table, with the middle finger tucked under. The ring and middle finger share a tendon, so you can't tap the ring finger on a table if the middle finger is already held down by the table. One trick a former employer taught me with this was to get a loud, braggy guy and tell him to tap his fingers with how much he agreed with the statement after his middle finger had been tucked under against the table.

(I'm still not sure how you mean to place my hand, so I tried a few different ways and was still able to do it.)

I'm pretty bendy, and if I fold my finger just underneath my hand, I can still tap the other one. Out of curiosity I was trying to shift my fingers around to find a position in which they would not move and I think I sprained them.   Curiosity hurts!!!

One hand is much easier to do, though...
I can also do the Spock Vulcan hand sign, and then move the fingers sideways to the two in the middle touching, with the pinky and pointer out alone. 
Extra freaky fun-
have left hand do Spock hand, while right hand does the switch, and jsut keep them moving opposite.  Apparently that is really hard to do for some.

I can also tap with the ring finger of my right hand whilst the middle finger is tucked under.  And I can "Spock" and the inverse gesture switching back and forth. 

I can also pat my head and rub my tummy.

I don't play piano but am an acomplished fiber artist.  Both hands involved in intricate although different movements.

I have never been sure if the independently thinking hands is what makes me good at fiber arts or if fiber arts created the independently thinking hands

Forgot another one - I can balance almost anything (depending on weight restrictions) on my head and move around. Like I could walk through a party with a full drink glass on my head without spilling a drop.

I can speak Wookie, touch both of my heels and stand with my feet both facing outtward in a straight line, and put my tongue in my nose/touch my nose. Learned the first part of the last one when I wnet to touch my nose and I slipped
