I was checking out some magazine renewal possibilities and maybe adding a couple of new ones too. I checked La Cucina Italiana, and in looking at their current issue found a recipe that looked to be one to die for. They don't allow non-subscribers to look at the current ones, but someone made a small change to the recipe and posted it on her blog. It looks *fantastic*!
Warm La Tur, Chocolate-Olive Oil Sauce w/ Black-Pepper-Torn Bread1 wheel La Tur cheese
1 ounce (about 32 pieces) very good quality semisweet or dark chocolate chips (62% to 66%) chips
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 tablespoons good-quality fruity extra-virgin olive oil plus more for drizzling
1 small baguette, torn roughly
Cracked black pepper
Special equipment: parchment paper
