Santa always took one bite and left the rest "because he'd be too fat to move if he ate all the cookies at everyone's house."

My daughter is almost 2.5 years old.  It amuses me that she doesn't think it is odd to see Santas all over the place.  Or, four Santas dancing in one lawn.  Too young to really Get the Santa idea.

In our house, the tree always stayed up until Epiphany - January 6th.  Once we got the artificial tree, Mom always put it up on the first Sunday in Advent.

Sounds like our house, then and now.  Everything must stay in place until Epiphany.
