What holiday foods do you dislike? (intensely)

I used to love stuffing/dressing.  But in recent years I can’t stand it.  I say “No, thanks, I’ll just have potatoes (or whatever)”.

btw, I'm sure fruitcake is on most people's list.   :)

Creamed onions. I like cream, I like onions, but together they are horrifying to me.

I actually like a good fruitcake. :) (Yes, there is such a thing! lol)

I detest uber rare roast beef. Medium rare, I can take.

When I was a kid, we used to go to my sister's MIL's house for the holidays.  She would serve duck or goose.  I HATED that.  Ham is what we serve.  I won't touch either of those meats.

Mince pie.

Ribbon candy - I could never figure out how to eat it and it's just sugar, anyway. One batch lasts for years as decoration!

Divinity - again just suger. What a lot of work for nothing but air and sticky teeth.

Sweet potato casserole and pecan pie.  I am also not fond of turkey.  Or cranberry sauce.  Blech!  People want to revoke my Southerner card when they find out I don't like pecan pie.

I hate gravy. When someone takes my plate of delicious food and drowns it in the vile stuff it makes me want to cry. Most will ask and take no for an answer. But some people just go ahead and ruin my food without warning.

I dont hate gravy, but I intensely dislike someone covering my food with it. The only thing I want covered in gravy is home made buttermilk biscuits.

Green bean casserole
Fatty meat, especially rare, bloody, fatty meat (the sight of prime rib sends me scurrying)  I can't bear to watch people eat it.
Oyster stuffing.
Jello salad with meat in it.
