I haven't tried any of these, but they look scrumptious.
Yum! One of my favorite appetizers was copied from our favorite steak place: Cut a russet potato into six wedges, wrap a slice of bacon around each wedge, season with our homemade Paula Deen house seasoning, and bake. I could make a whole meal just out of appetizers (quesadillas, mozzarella sticks, etc.).
