Actively screwing over another person is just wrong so I chose that option.  I was gratified to see (after I vote) that most people agreed.

I also dislike tardiness and spending too much time on personal business.

A lot of the behaviors listed can be fixed with some coaching from a good mentor.  But someone who is willing to hurt another person has more than "bad work habits."

That's the way I see it too. The other habits are all bad habits that I could see a decent person subconsciously slipping into (and also fixing, if they realize they're doing it). The sabotage is a sign of a deeper character flaw.

Tardiness is one of the, if not the biggest, reasons why people on my team get the kick out of the team if not the store. Because we start in the very early morning hours, my manager expects EVERYONE to be there or don't bother coming to work only because it's a major safety issue. If it happens once or twice every so often no one cares, but if happens two or three times a week, every week? Yea, you aren't going to be working at the store much longer.

I didn't vote, because all of them, except the last, would indeed be career-sins IMO.  But I don't think that I must be expected to socialise with co-workers outside of work schedules especially if I'm not in management.

Overall - I go to work in order to work.  Not to have fun.  Of course I will be cordial and helpful but I'm not going to try to make myself the BFF with my cubicle-neighbour.  I want to come in at 8 or 9, and leave at 4 or 5.  And, IME, some workplaces that tout themselves as "fun" are the ones most rife with gossip and back-stabbing.
