In a perfect world I could live off buttermilk biscuits, scones and maybe Cracker Barrel's pecan pancakes with real butter and real maple syrup...

I have a few go to breakfast choices in the real world.
Greek yogurt with some granola sprinkled on top and a banana (or some other fruit)...this is what I eat most days.
Peanut butter on toast, some kind of fruit
Fold over chichen salad sandwich, some kind of fruit, but most likely an apple...maybe grapes.
Cold cereal with skim milk
Protein shake
Whatever dinner leftovers I have available.
Once in a blue moon, I'll indulge in a chicken biscuit. I always regret it later. I like them, my intestinal tract does not.
