The only downside to a Kindle is that when a book makes you mad, you can't throw it without breaking it.
I'm reading "A World Apart", third book of a trilogy about the Irish peasants revolt against the English rule in 1798. Fire on the Hill and A World Apart mostly follow the story of Michael Dwyer, his fellow rebels and the wives of those who did marry.
Now the book is very good, but the treatment of the prisoners in Kilmainham Gaol by a Dr. Trevor his deceit irritated me so much I just had to put my Kindle down and stop reading. Vile, vile man.
