Personally, I'm not sure why one would expect Cosmo to stop it. They don't exactly promote an attitude of dignified self-restraint.

I agree, the last time I looked at Cosmo I thought it was pretty silly. Overpriced trendy ads, and self centered over the top attitude. Looks like a perfect fit with Miley.
