Also, several people mentioned Sriracha.  I don't think I've had it - can I get a regular grocery stores?  .........Anyone?

Its usually with either the Asian foods or the hot sauces. Google image to see what it looks like.

I chose mustard and salsa.

We have at least 6 kinds of mustard in our refrigerator. My favorites are horseradish mustard and stone ground mustard. We also eat a lot of balsamic vinegar.

When we have tator tots or french fries at home, I mix together ketchup, worcestershire sauce and garlic salt together as a dipping sauce. DH and DS are hooked on it!

I grew up in Miracle Whip country, and the land of mustard burgers. I didn't have mayonnaise until I was 20. My favorite burger topping is a mixture of Hellmann's light mayonnaise and Hunt's ketchup.

I forgot DH's favorite, Texas Pete Garlic Hot Sauce. He loves sriracha too.

I love Thai peanut sauce, but I am having reactions to peanuts now.  :(

Siriacha is sometimes called Rooster sauce because of the picture of a Rooster on the bottle. Another vote for it, too.

This is an interesting thread.  I never heard the term Sriracha before this week but we have had it and like it.

It seems that it's also a candidate for a new potato chip flavor. 

Oh, BTW, I forgot to add Branston Pickle to my list.

It's super easy and we can readily find horseradish root in the grocery store.  Just peel, dice, and throw in a food processor to chop, add in some vinegar and a little salt. We find it is usually about twice as strong as the prepared bottled versions.

Couldn't help myself ;) -- I'm not sure how "clean" the store-bought roots are, but if they come with a leaf-top (like the leaf-end of a carrot) maybe some eyes (like a potato) throw those in your garden and grow your own! If, when you harvest, you throw the leaf-tops back in the ground they will come back every year and spread.

Sriracha for sure.

I really like horseradish, but sriracha goes with, like, everything.

I now use it in place of salsa when I'm having Mexican style food at home.

Another vote for Sriracha.  I agree that it goes well with Mexican foods.  A favorite snack in our house is "Sriracha Nachos".  Yum!!

When I visited N Ireland I got addicted to HP sauce. I buy it here now. My store has a nice international foods aisle.  :)

I love ketchup, especially since it is pretty low in calories, and so many other sauces aren't.

But I also love the Horsey sauce from Arby's. Seriously. I think there should be a "Horsey Sauce Anonymous" club or something.

And don't get me started on honey mustard. I LOVE O'Charley's honey mustard. Seriously, I didn't like honey mustard until I tried theirs. Now I'm hooked. :)
