Oh yes I forgot to mention my addiction to animal crackers.  I get them in 1 pound bags for 2 or 3 dollars.  When I am stressed I can go through 2 or 3 bags at a time.

Pepperidge Farm Mianos.  My BFF and I discovered them in high school and thought we were very sophisticated.   :o

I was right there too in the eleganza extravaganza.

Fig Newtons
Shortbread
Oreos (the only time you will see with a glass of milk)

I love all kinds of cookies, but my all time favorite are Keebler E.L. Fudge sandwich cookies! So delicious with or without milk.

When I was 4, I had a mega tantrum over tiger-stripe cookies.

(Keebler fudge stripe cookies, or other imitations)

They are still among my faves.

Regular Oreos (heaven in my homemade Mint Ice Cream)
Fig Newtons
Girl Scout Thin Mints

McDonald's used to sell McDonaldLand Cookies. They were like Animal Crackers but better (IMO). When I was a teenager I LOVED them with Diet Coke (yuk now).

The only store-bought cookie I like are sugar wafers. These things: http://www.cookiemadness.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/sugar-wafers-hill-country.jpg

They're fake and awful and I love them.

Everything else I make myself.

I used to also love circus cookies (http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_liy2h01N9n1qe7vz2o1_500.jpg) but I haven't seen them in years.  :'(

1. I love those sugar wafers with peanut butter spread on them.

2. I've seen a version of those circus cookies at Target. I'm pretty sure they were a Target brand thing.

The original baker of the circus cookies went out of business  :'(

Target does sell a version of them, but only with white icing and they aren't quite as good...although if I'm being really honest I can see the last few in the package from where I sit.  ;D

Do they still make those really soft oatmeal cookies with the cream in the middle?  Those are yummy!

cookie is generic for biscuit in the US right?

ok so UK biccies,

Bourbon's - 2 choc rectangles filled with a choc cream - nomnomnom  had some for breakfast (oops!)
Millies Cookies - lovely chewy cookies that you choose, and i always end up buying 6 and not 3....
Timtams - so much better than the UK type, called Penguins,
and finally,  Oreos, nomnomnomnomnom

Pepperidge Farms chessmen, pecan sandies and one that I don't remember the name of but it was a vanilla cookie topped with a layer of peanut butter and covered with chocolate. Yum! My mouth is watering just thinking about them! I think it was a big mistake reading this thread!

Hobnobs.  I've had to stop buying them because once the package it open, they're gone (except for the  tummy ache).
Anna's Ginger Thins and Orange Thins are a close second.
