"Holy Land" foods and recipes

Hello! I am looking for some recipes influenced by the Isrealites (think Biblical times). I have been searching the web and I seem to remember a site that had a bunch of recipes that people back then would have made.

If anyone knows of such a site or has recipes I would be greatful!!

PS: I am not Jewish, but Kosher recipes would be neat too. I am trying to introduce my family to a new way of eating. HEALTHY!!!

You can Google Israelite recipes and some sites will pop up. I haven't tried any of these though.

I don't know websites, but I know some great cookbooks.  Try The Garden of Eden Cookbook by Wigoder and The Foods of Israel Today by Nathan.
