I use to take it daily to help with hay fever and it worked really well. It has to be local honey to work. Unfortunately, other health issues prevent me from doing that anymore.

Oops misread the OP. I saw bee pollen and my brain read honey.
Ask for what you want. Let's be clear on this one:
