When are you taking over?

Coley:
Thanks, everyone, for the responses. It happened twice again today. I played dumb and said it wasn't a question I could answer; it's a decision that's up to my boss. It's becoming pretty clear that the general opinion is that my boss's retirement is imminent, so I expect that I'll be repeating that line or something similar frequently.

MrTango:
I'd go with "I'm not privy to Boss's retirement plans.  They're really none of my business."

Which rather strongly implies that it's none of their business either, but it stops short of saying that.
