It could be funny - if you have the right kind of relationship with your boss.
Without that relationship, its obscenely offensive.
It's obscenely offensive anyway. Yes, if a sexist person gave it to another sexist person the recipient may not be personally offended, but the form is nonetheless vile.
The air force one managed to do the same thing without dragging gender stereotypes into it which made it much funnier imo.
Perhaps it's just me, but I found the "Air Force" form just as offensive. I see it as an extension of the attitude that it is somehow weak and unacceptable to ask for help with a problem. It's thought to contribute to the high suicide rate of those in the military.
