Little bits of apple, I love it when my mother adds it to the salad, along with pine nuts.
But bits of 'sweet' like that might not be the taste of everyone...
Oh, and avocado, maybe not this time for the OP who already had all the vegetables, but maybe another time :)

Instead of tomatos #1: dried cranberries and chevre make a nice pairing.  Instead of tomatos #2: cut up strawberries.  Yes, you'd be surprised what they do to a green salad.
