Cheesecake is never a bad idea nor is anything chocolate.

We have a ham steak in the freezer and this thread has given me some great ideas.

Final menu I decided on: Honey Baked Ham; Mixed Greens Salad with Candied Pecans, Dried Cranberries and Herbed Havarti Cheese; Bacon Wrapped Green Bean Bundles; Rosemary Roasted Tri-Color Potatoes; Crescent Rolls; Sliced Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella; Fresh Pineapple, and Italian Biscotti Christmas Cookies for dessert. I think there is a nice color combination going on (I am a graphic designer ... presentation is EVERYTHING!  ;D Anything I am missing?
