So hard to narrow it down to just one!

"Grandma got run over by a reindeer"
"The Snow Miser / Heat Miser Song" -- Big Bad Voodoo Daddy does a good version.
"Blue Christmas" by Porky Pig
"2nd Week of Deer Camp" by Da Yoopers (ok, it's not Christmas, but it is a winter song, and about as tacky as they come).

The Pretty Little Dolly.

It's twisted. A little girl threatens Santa if he doesn't provide a doll that is exactly like a real kid, there's some other...very dark references to exactly how real this little dolly is. Look up the lyrics if you dare, but don't say I didn't warn you, it's twisted. And I love every second of it.

Not a Christmas song per se, but one that appears in a classic Christmas Special...nothing screams Christmas to me as much as "We're Despicable" from Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol.

Also, looked up the lyrics to Pretty Little Dolly, Glitter.  I know you warned us, but could you pass me the brain bleach, please?

Crabs for Christmas. Why, yes, I'm from Maryland.  ;D

My sister is a big fan of The Bell That Couldn't Jingle.

Also, someone in the other thread posted Let's Have a Patrick Swayze Christmas, which is magic.

That was me!  And here's the links again!

"The 12 Pains of Christmas" by Bob Rivers' Twisted Christmas.  Actually, almost anything by Bob Rivers.

Yep.  I won't post my favorite, though.

Edited to add:
One year on the 3 hour drive to MIL's on Christmas Eve, we somehow stumbled upon a radio station's "Twisted Christmas" segment.  Luckily, YDD was 19 at the time and has a twisted sense of humor as well.  Made for an enjoyable ride.

It's not what we gather along the way that matters.  It's what we scatter.

"The Restroom Door Said 'Gentlemen'" is a hoot!

I LOVE Bob Rivers!  Especially "The Restroom Door Said 'Gentlemen'," "Chipmunks Roasting on an Open Fire," and "Letter to Santa."

Weird Al's "The Night Santa Went Crazy" and "Christmas at Ground Zero."  :D
I searched for nothing on the Internet and got 175,000,000 hits.

Two parodies of the 12 days of Christmas. "The 12 pains of Christmas " and the other is "the 12 Guido Days if Christmas" both just crack me up.

I love "Snoopy and the Red Baron" and "Alvin and the Chipmunks".

However, if I hear "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer" I'll run screaming from the room.  Can't stand it!

When my sister and I were little we loved "Nuttin' for Christmas" with the Art Mooney orchestra and we would sing it till we drove our parent's and older sisters nuts. I still giggle when I hear it.

But I love many of the other's mentioned here.
