I usually go to brunch buffets so I can Eat All The Things.
If wisdomís ways you wisely seek,
Five things observe with care,
To whom you speak,
Of whom you speak,
And how, and when, and where.

That's why I love to cruise!

I'm making breakfast pies for this week.
1 - hot breakfast sausage, green chiles, sauteed onion, eggs, pepper jack cheese.
2 - Prosciutto, sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, smoked mozzarella and eggs.

I add some milk to the eggs so it is a slightly better texture.
