My neighbour works for a pasta company and give me this large gift pack at Christmas with various pastas in it, including a box of gluten free pasta. I normally eat whole wheat/whole grain pasta for the extra fibre and GF doesn't have much so I boiled up two boxes, one of WW and the GF. Which meant I had 8 servings so I froze 7 of them.
GF pasta turns to mush when you freeze it. It tastes fine; it is just really mushy.
