Belly dance debut & great kid
« on: June 06, 2014, 10:36:41 AM »
I've been taking belly-dance lessons for six months. Last night, the beginner's class performed as a troupe at a local Greek restaurant.

Part of the evening was a Greek circle dance for anyone celebrating anything. There were several customers with birthdays, a family reunion, an anniversary, and a kid celebrating his fifth-grade graduation.

Mr. Fifth-Grade was a hoot! He wanted to wear my jingly hip scarf, so I lent it to him and taught him how to do a hip shimmy. He loved it so much he came back twice to wear it again.
Bingle bongle dingle dangle yickity-do yickity-dah ping-pong lippy-toppy too tah.
